Common questions

Everything you need to get started

What size organisations do you work with?

We work with organisations of every size, from teams of ten to government agencies and corporations with thousands of employees.

How long does a typical programme run?

Our Flexi workshops can be delivered in a day, while the Champions programme provides structured support across twelve months.

Do you offer online or hybrid delivery?

Every programme can be delivered in person, online, or through a hybrid model for teams across Bhutan.

How do we get started?

Book a free discovery conversation. We will listen to your needs and recommend a programme that fits your people and goals.

Is this the same as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

No. An EAP is primarily a clinical support service for employees already facing difficulty. Our work is preventive — we build the culture, skills and systems that reduce how often those difficulties arise in the first place. The two are complementary, and some organisations will want both.

We already do staff picnics and an annual sports day. Isn’t that enough?

Those matter, and they help people feel connected. But connection is one foundation of five. A picnic will not make someone feel recognised for their work, or clear about why their work matters, or supported by their supervisor. We help you build the other four alongside it.

How do we know it worked?

We survey your people across the five foundations before we start and again afterwards, and we show you the movement. You will have figures to take to your board.

Do we have to commit to a full year?

No. Many organisations begin with a single workshop or a baseline survey to see whether we are a good fit. If that is the right starting point for you, we will say so.

Will employees actually be honest in the survey?

Responses are confidential and reported only in grouped form. Employers never see individual answers. We explain this clearly to every participant before they respond.

Can you work with government agencies and state-owned enterprises?

Yes. Our programmes are designed to work within public sector structures as well as private organisations.

Do you deliver outside Thimphu?

Yes. Tell us where your people are and we will discuss how to reach them.

Can sessions be delivered in Dzongkha?

Yes — tell us your preference and we will match the facilitator and materials accordingly.

Who facilitates the workshops?

Every workshop is delivered by qualified facilitators. Our facilitators are qualified or accredited allied health professionals and industry experts who hold relevant qualifications. With us, your team will always learn from well-trained, experienced practitioners who are qualified to answer specific questions on each workshop topic.
